About

I'm a Computer Science student at UIS in Bucaramanga, graduating in 2027. I'm doing my thesis with the CALUMET research group: designing the Drive module for COMA, their academic community platform. It's the consumer-facing layer over an existing file-storage module — uploads, browsing, roles and permissions — one piece of a larger rebuild replacing a legacy JSP system with a modular monolith. It is in the design phase: problem statement and architecture, not implementation yet.

Alongside the degree I work part-time as a frontend developer and QA assistant. I like understanding the layers I build on — my C++ always spells out std:: because I want to know where every name comes from. Daily driver: Fedora.

    Building responsive web interfaces with Angular and TypeScript, establishing unit test coverage with Vitest, and supporting manual/automated QA pipelines.
